GET YOUR FREE ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
We take pride in running a first class facility with a positive environment for all - new members and existing. This quality experience begins with being able to move safely and effectively. In order to make sure everyone is ready to rock, we start off with a complimentary one-on-one personal training session. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals. We then take you through some movements and a guided workout so you know exactly what to expect.
During your FREE session we will:
- Get to know you and your motivation
- Provide an overview and example of our top-notch coaching and programming style
- Give you a tour of the central valley's premier functional fitness training facility
- Determine if CrossFit Quake will be the best solution to get you the results you desire!
